We ask after the walkthrough.
The request goes out when the sign is on, lit and signed off, not before. If we ask at all, it is because the job is finished and you have seen the result.
Reviews
Reviews from clients who bought a sign, a wrap or a repair. The words are theirs. We do not edit them, and we do not publish a star average we have not verified.
NewGen totally transformed our storefront. The illuminated sign they put up is eye-catching — customers tell us all the time they found us because they saw the sign. Professional from start to finish.
They wrapped our vans and the quality is outstanding. Tight edges, no bubbles, perfect color. Our fleet looks like a million bucks now. We have gotten new clients just from people seeing our trucks in the street.
Fast turnaround, great price, and the design was exactly what I had in mind. They did our window graphics and banners for our grand opening — everything was ready on time. I will be using New Gen for all our locations.
Eleven reviews sit on our Google Business Profile. The three above are published in full, exactly as written.

A review page is only useful if you can trust what is on it. This is how the quotes get here, and what we will not do to get more of them.
The request goes out when the sign is on, lit and signed off, not before. If we ask at all, it is because the job is finished and you have seen the result.
No discount, no gift card, no free banner for a five-star review. A paid review is not worth the space it takes up, and customers can tell.
Quotes appear with the name the reviewer used and the business they run. We do not shorten a complaint or smooth out a paragraph that is critical of us.
If a review describes something we got wrong, we call the client, fix what can be fixed and answer once in public. Correcting the job matters more than winning the thread.
Your turn
A few lines on Google helps the next business on the block decide whether to call. It takes a couple of minutes and needs a Google account. If something is not right, call the shop instead — we would rather fix it than read about it.
Questions
Quotes, deposits, timelines and repairs. If your question is not here, call the shop.
Send photos of the storefront, the wall or the vehicle, plus the address. We reply within one business day with a range and the next step. You can also call the shop at (718) 484-7372. The quote is free either way.
A deposit at approval releases material and puts the job on the production schedule, with the balance due at or before installation. The amount depends on the job and the material, and it is stated on the quote before you commit. Permits and electrical work are itemized separately, so you can see what is fabrication and what is paperwork.
Printed work and small repairs often move within a week. Fabricated letters run three to five weeks including permit filing, and awnings two to four weeks. We give you a dated install window before you pay a deposit, and we call if it moves.
Yes. Dead LED modules, failed drivers, cracked faces, water intrusion and storm damage on another shop’s sign are routine work. If the frame is sound, a retrofit usually costs less than a replacement.
Yes. We send certificates of insurance, prepare approval packages with drawings and specs, and handle multi-tenant signage and maintenance across a building. Billing can go to the management company.
