The most expensive sign is the one you replace because nobody diagnosed it. A dead sign is often a failed driver, a loose connector or a face that took a rock. We start with a diagnosis, not a sales pitch.
Repair work also protects the investment. A sign that is resealed every few years does not corrode its module string. A face that is replaced when it starts to craze does not crack in a cold snap. Those are cheap interventions compared with a new sign.
We work with landlords, property managers and multi-location operators on scheduled maintenance, and we document every visit with photos so you have a service history for the building.

Discover
We look at the building, the setback, the lighting and the budget. If a sign needs a permit, we tell you before you pay for artwork — not after.

Design
You see the sign on your own building, in daylight and at night, before anything is cut. Two rounds of revisions are included.
- 03
Fabricate
Letters, faces, frames and vinyl are produced in our Bronx shop. Every circuit is tested for 24 hours before it leaves the building.
- 04
Install
Our own crew handles permits, electrical coordination, rigging and cleanup. We do not subcontract the install and we do not leave exposed wiring.

My sign is dark and I have a health inspection — how fast can you come?
Call us. We keep priority slots for businesses with a sign outage and a deadline. Most electrical outages are resolved on the first visit because we carry common drivers and modules on the truck.
Can you fix a sign another company installed?
Yes. We repair signs from any fabricator. If the frame and cabinet are sound, the repair is usually straightforward and far cheaper than replacement.
Do you handle storm damage for insurance claims?
Yes. We document the damage with photos, provide a written scope and quote, and can talk directly with your adjuster. We do not inflate a repair into a replacement, which is why adjusters tend to approve our scopes.
Is a maintenance contract worth it?
For multi-location businesses and landlords, yes. Two scheduled inspections a year catch water intrusion, failing drivers and loose hardware before they become an outage. Most contracts cost less than a single emergency call with a lift.
