The fleets that look professional are the ones where every van is the same van. Same logo size, same panel line, same color. The ones that look amateur are the ones where each vehicle was wrapped by whoever was cheapest that year.
We build a template per vehicle model, lock the color and archive the print profile, so the sixth van matches the first one two years later. For growing fleets, that archive is the difference between a brand and a collection of stickers.
Where budgets are tight, we often recommend a partial program: doors, rear panel and a hood strip. It keeps the fleet recognizable at a fraction of the full-wrap cost, and the remaining panels can be added in a later phase.

Four steps from photo to installed.

Discover
We look at the building, the setback, the lighting and the budget. If a sign needs a permit, we tell you before you pay for artwork — not after.
- 02
Design
You see the sign on your own building, in daylight and at night, before anything is cut. Two rounds of revisions are included.
- 03
Fabricate
Letters, faces, frames and vinyl are produced in our Bronx shop. Every circuit is tested for 24 hours before it leaves the building.
- 04
Install
Our own crew handles permits, electrical coordination, rigging and cleanup. We do not subcontract the install and we do not leave exposed wiring.

How much does a fleet wrap cost per vehicle?
Full wrap or partial program, vehicle size and the number of models in the mix set the per-vehicle number. At ten units or more the per-vehicle figure drops because design, setup and film purchasing are shared across the order. The fleet quote is free: send a vehicle list and we scope it per model.
Can you install at our yard instead of the shop?
Yes, for fleets of four or more we can install on-site, weather and power permitting. We bring the bay equipment, and we schedule around your dispatch so no more than one or two vehicles are down at a time.
Will the colors match across vehicles wrapped months apart?
They will if we plan for it. We order film from the same lot for the whole program and archive the print profile. If a vehicle is added later, we check the lot before printing and adjust if needed.
Do you handle DOT numbers and unit numbering?
Yes. We can add USDOT numbers, unit numbers, safety decals and required markings as part of the program, placed to the specification your compliance contact provides.
